The Mindfulness & Meditation Club” is a welcoming space to slow down, reconnect, and cultivate inner peace. Kendra has trained in over 10 healing modalities and combines meditation, breathwork, sound healing, mindfulness practices, and other evidence-informed techniques to create a restorative experience for all levels.
Each gathering is designed to help reduce stress, calm the nervous system, and bring greater presence into your daily life. Whether you’re brand new to meditation or have an existing practice, you’ll find a supportive community and practical tools you can take home. Come join us to breathe, reset, and reconnect with yourself.

American mahjong is a variant of the Chinese game mahjong. Mahjong is a tile based game of strategy and skill that is enormously popular. The goal of the game is to be the first, by picking and discarding, to match one's tiles to a specific hand from the annually distributed scorecard.
We will be meeting at different members' homes twice a month on Monday nights.
For those who are comfortable we will be playing for money - save your quarters and nickels.
New players are always welcome - we will train you!

Ladies Night Out is a great way to be social! Join your fellow ladies on Wednesday, July 29th at Vesta Rooftop Kitchen in Bethel (8 PT Barnum Square) at 7:30pm for cocktails, cuisine and conversation!
Bunco is a monthly Ladies event hosted by different club members each month. A fun evening of games, socializing, drinks and snacks. The cost to play is $3 for CLR and $10 for Bunco. Prizes are awarded for Most Buncos, Biggest Winner and Biggest Loser.
This year, we are asking registrants to choose between three fantastic entrees when registering:
Jerk Flank Steak with Cilantro Lime Sauce
Grilled Salmon with Mango Salsa
Portabella Stuffed Mushroom (vegetarian)
We are also offering Chicken Sate with Asian Dipping Sauce as a passed hor d'oeuvre (not an entree selection).
Delicious sides for everyone include Island Slaw and Sweet Potato Salad. Also, water and soft drinks are included.
This is a BYOB event and to enter into an exciting raffle drawing, please bring your favorite appetizer and/or dessert to share with your neighbors.
Guys Night Out Poker!
All levels are welcome on this night out for the guys. Why not join in?

As a reminder to all, there is a $20 buy in and the evening is played as a tournament. There is a cash prize for 1st and 2nd place (based on the number of participants) and 3rd place will get their $20 back.

Buffet Potluck dinner will begin at 6pm.
From approximately 7-9PM a 2-hour Texas Hold'em tournament style game will be played with a $40/pp buy-in.
