The Mindfulness & Meditation Club” is a welcoming space to slow down, reconnect, and cultivate inner peace. Kendra has trained in over 10 healing modalities and combines meditation, breathwork, sound healing, mindfulness practices, and other evidence-informed techniques to create a restorative experience for all levels.
Each gathering is designed to help reduce stress, calm the nervous system, and bring greater presence into your daily life. Whether you’re brand new to meditation or have an existing practice, you’ll find a supportive community and practical tools you can take home.
