The month of May brings a fun challenge to our cooking club members.  The theme is “Roll It Up”.  So let your imagination run wild as we explore dishes that are rolled, filled, wrapped, or stuffed. Think main dishes like Chicken Cordon Bleu (chicken breasts stuffed with ham and cheese) or desserts such as Rugelach (cookies made with Phyllo Dough filled with jams or nuts). I am sure our talented cooking club members will come up with wonderful dishes to prepare and share.
