Club Will Hold Open House for New Members, December 2006
Redding Neighbors & Newcomers’ annual holiday party will be a little different this year. We are inviting all new members who have been part of our club for less than two years to come early to the holiday party to meet the board and get acquainted with other new members. Our holiday party is on December 9th at the home of Shannon and Chris Craley. It begins at 7:30 and the open house is being held prior to that from 7:00 – 7:30. We also invite anyone who is interested in becoming members of the Redding Neighbors & Newcomers to come and try this event. Childrens Guides Trail Hike, November 2006
This past Saturday, Redding Neighbors & Newcomers explored the 1 mile Saugatuck Trail located right here in Redding on Route 53 across from John Read middle school. The guided trail walk was given by Tony Coccoli, of Deacon Abbott Lane South who is a High School Environmental Science Teacher. The guided trail walk was a day to remember as Mr. Coccoli discussed many interesting topics about nature along the way. Read more.
Redding Neighbors & Newcomers Ladies Night Out, Redding Pilot, October 2006
One of the many interest groups of the Redding Neighbors & Newcomers social club is the Ladies Night Out. This ladies-only group event is scheduled bi-monthly, usually on a weeknight, during the third week of the month. Most events are on site, so some local travel to Ridgefield, Bethel and Danbury can occur. Read more

New Board for Redding Neighbors & Newcomers begin 2006-2007 Term, Redding Pilot, September 2006
Jennifer Carello, Redding resident for 2 years is beginning her first term as President of the Redding Neighbors & Newcomers social club. The club kicked off the new term with a turnover meeting this month where old board members and new gathered to discuss the upcoming year. The club continues to provide the chance for longtime residents as well as new residents to socialize and meet every month at different events. Read more
