Many new and long-time members of the Redding Neighbors & Newcomers Club enjoyed a parade of superheroes, princesses and cartoon characters at their annual “Trunk or Treat” event. Hung with festive Halloween decorations, the Redding Community Center afforded the children a warm and dry place to trick or treat, eat cupcakes and candy, and show off their fancy costumes.
