Rhubarb Raspberry Cocktail
Rhubarb Simple Syrup 4-6 stalks rhubarb, cut into pieces 7-9 tsp sugar 4 cups water Put all ingredients in saucepan and bring to boil. Simmer for about 20 minutes — until liquid is half. Strain. Chill. Cocktail 1 oz raspberry vodka 1 oz rhubarb syrup 2-3 oz ginger ale *fresh mint and ice Mix ingredients and shake or stir. Enjoy!
