DEADLINE / SPECS: Newsletter ads must be submitted by the 15th of prior month as a jpg, tif or pdf. Ads print in black & white. ½ page ads are approx. 4.5” wide x 3.5” high. Web banner ads must be static (no flash animation) .jpg or .gif format. 125 pixels wide and any length up to 250 pixels.
