Cinnamon Streusel Cake

Ingredients:

1 package yellow cake mix
1 package toasted coconut instant pudding (Royal makes this flavor – or use vanilla if you can’t find it.
2 Tbsp Crisco shortening
1 1/3 cups water
2 eggs

 

Streusel:
Mix together
½ cup flour
½ cup brown sugar
2 tsp cinnamon
2 Tbsp butter

 
Directions:

Mix together yellow cake mix through 2 eggs.  Mix well with electric mixer until blended.  Set aside.

Mix together streusel ingredients.  Set aside.

Grease angel food pan (works better than bundt so you can layer with streusel on top for crumb topping)
Layer ¾ cake mix
½ streusel mix
Rest of cake mix
Rest of streusel mix
Bake at 40 – 50 minutes. Test with toothpick – comes out clean when inserted.
