Chocolate Chip Apple Cake

Ingredients:

1 cup sugar
2 eggs
3/4 cup vegetable oil
2 cups flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
3 cups sliced apples

Directions:

Mix all the dry ingredients together first then add the rest. Bake one hour in 350 degree oven in greased bundt pan. Frost while warm with chocolate frosting recipe below.

Chocolate Frosting

Melt chocolate chips, confectionary sugar and water together. Consistency should be thick enough so it can be drizzled over the cake but not run down the sides easily.
