Chicken Curry Pasta

Ingredients:
|
'1-1 1/2 lb chicken breast
snow peas
raisins or currants
cashews
1/2 can chicken broth
1 small container non fat yoghurt
salt/pepper
curry
flour
butter/oil
apple(optional)
1 lb pasta( I prefer multi colour fusilli)'

| Directions: |
'put water on stove to boil
cut chicken into bite size pieces
dredge in flour
brown chicken in pan with butter/oil
can cook sliced apple w chicken
remove from fry pan
put pasta in boiling water
add chicken broth to pan with curry, salt, pepper to taste,,flour to thicken
put chicken, cashews, snow peas,raisins in to simmer
add yoghurt at last minute
serve over pasta - yum yum
