Chicken Caesar Salad

Ingredients:

squeeze of anchovy paste
juice of 1/2 lemon
1/2 to 1 c. olive oil
1/4 to 1/2 c. apple cider vinegar
1/2 to 1 1/2 tsp. dried mustard
1 to 4 tsp. minced garlic
1 to 4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 bag Romaine lettuce
1/2 box/bag of croutons
cooked chicken breast, sliced
     
Directions:
Whisk first 7 ingredients in a small bowl, then stir in Parmesan cheese (amounts listed above are ranges, put more or less of each ingredient according to your taste!). Put lettuce in a serving bowl and pour mixture over lettuce - stir well to coat lettuce. Just before serving, sprinkle croutons on top and spread sliced chicken over top of salad. '
