Broccoli Casserole

Ingredients:

1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 eggs slightly beaten
1 bag frozen broccoli, steamed
1/2 cup white cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup Pepperidge Farm Stuffing mix'
     
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Mix together mayo, soup and eggs. Add cooked broccoli to the mixture. Spread broccoli mixture in casserole dish. Sprinkle cheese on top.

In small saucepan, melt butter and mix in stuffing mix. Sprinkle bread crumb mixture on top of cheese and bake for 45 minutes.'
