Black Bean Salsa

Ingredients:

'1 can of black beans (drained)
8oz. white shepeg corn (frozen or canned)
2 tomatoes chopped
green onions
small can ripe olives chopped
small can marinated green chilies
fresh garlic     (to taste)
fresh cilantro (to taste)

Dressing:
1/3 C of olive oil
3 T of cider vinegar
Add cumin and chili powder to taste'

Pace Picante salsa

   
Directions:
Combine all ingredients from black beans through cilantro.  Mix dressing together. Once salsa is cold, add dressing and Pace Picante salsa (medium spice) to thicken and give nice color.
