Apple Raisin Slaw

Ingredients:

½ c light sour cream
3 Tbsp reduced-fat mayonnaise
1 ½ Tbsp white balsamic vinegar
1 tsp sugar
½ tsp black pepper
¼ tsp salt
2 c unpeeled, chopped Rome apple (about 1 medium)
1 c golden raisins
1 – 16 oz package cabbage-and-carrot coleslaw

Directions:
'Combine the first 6 ingredients in a large bowl, stirring with a whisk.  Add chopped apple, 1 c raisins, and coleslaw; toss to combine.  Yields: 8 one cup servings
