Established in 1996, this Redding Area Chapter of the National Charity League (NCL) is a mother-daughter (seventh to twelfth graders) club who's mission is to foster mother-daughter relationships within a philanthropic organization committed to community services, leadership development and cultural experiences.  Each "Patroness" (the mom) member has a mininum community service "hour" requirement that must be satisfied and each "Ticktockers" (the daughter) member must participate in a six-year program that guides them through their NCL experience.
